How this started
I've been building websites and automating operations for years. Along the way, I kept seeing the same pattern: people drowning in repetitive tasks — form submissions, email follow-ups, scheduling, research, reporting. It didn't matter if they ran a business, studied for exams, worked a 9-to-5, or served in government. The work was eating their time.
The tools existed. The knowledge gap was the hard part. So I started AgenticBiz to bridge that gap — offering free AI advice for those who want to do it themselves, custom guidance for those who need direction, and full setup for those who want it done right.
Based in Tongaat, KZN, serving South Africans from all walks of life. Built on open-source Hermes, LangGraph, and Temporal.
